Awesome Day Ruined by a Blind Linesman

6pm, took a shower, put on my jersey and headed out.

Destination : Rendezvous Steak Garden, Kampung Pandan
Itinerary : Dinner & MU vs Chelsea game with frens

I reached exactly at 7pm and the rest of the guys were no where to be found. No problem. Headed over to ask the boss whether he would be showing the MU vs Chelsea game or not and he said we would.

So I took a strategic table where we can watch the game. Ian and his housemate came 1st, followed by Adam and then Allan, Howard & Fren (wasn't introduced :P ). The rabbit steak that I told Allan about was no longer on the menu.. damn.. sorry Allan.. We then placed our orders and as the food came, we gobbled it down. We also noticed that Rendezvous is no longer like what it was... more family go-ers and nobody interested in a live football game.

Anyway the lighting for the screen was bad, so after finished our food we skipped over to the front most table, right in front of the screen. They weren't playing the commentary but instead was playing some lame songs until finally in the 20th minute they turned up the volume.

I haven't watched a live game in ages and was hoping for a good game but the game turned out to be terrible. MU was being held by Chelsea in the 1st half and also conceeded a goal. To make matters worst the band arrived and was setting up the instruments onstage - where the screen was!! The 2nd half started and MU were still playing like shit. Then the band started singing and to make matters worst, all of a sudden, Didi DOGbark scored Chelsea's 2nd goal which from the replay was a clear offside. I don't know what the F**K was the linesman looking at but F**K HIM!!

MU managed to score a goal finally but it was too late. BerButtToff was useless as usual. They should have put in Nani and Macheda early in the game... sigh... even though MU seriously did not deserve to win this game but at least they did not deserve to lose either. They should seriously start thinking about using television replays to determine this stuff especially when a goal is involved...

6 more games and ManC next week.... PRAYING HARD!!
